Do people always look better after weight loss?

Noone looks better if they are too overweight or too skinny, but there are definitely some people who look better with a little weight on or off. Depends on bone structure, height, proportion, etc.

Imo Melissa McCarthy looks better with some weight on her. She looks much cuter.

It's totally subjective but of course people that are obsessed with being skinny are gonna think that way. I mean a person that is already underweight, or slightly under their ideal weight is going to look worse losing more weight, like if they were sick and wick. Also people with a severe overweight might also have to struggle with how their skins looks after losing weight. And then you will have overweight people, or even chubby ones, who would look better and healthier losing some weight. Also I think losing weight should have a positive effect on people who were working out or making diets to achieve that kind of feeling and confidence can be perceived by others.

My friend and I were debating, and she said she's never met one person who looked bad after weight loss.

I disagree, there are some people who look better with more meat on them. What do you guys think?

If you are obese and need to lose weight, then not only will you look better, but it will be better for your health. If you are at a normal weight, and lose to become a skelly, then you will look horrible, and it is also unhealthy as well. I say having muscle is the best, though.
