One Piece- Someone recommended me that I watch the anime instead of reading the manga. I tried catching up on the manga four years ago but gave up. What do you think? You can find it on D-addict for download or Viki if you want stream No. One Piece anime have over 500 eps or something and there are way too many fcking fillers so read the manga. Look, I'm a fan of One Piece and for me it's the best shonen ever (and I've been watching others like Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail, etc.). I can't tell you with words how wonderful this anime is but once you start watching, you won't stop being a pirate in the grand line ^^. I keep watching up to the undersea arc around eps 500 or something. One Piece anime stays true to the manga. But if fillers are needed, they only happen after each arc is finished, then as they are travelling they land on another island (filler). OP is my fav shounen series and i like both the anime and manga. Normally, two manga chapters equals one anime episode. However, One Piece stretches out the material of one manga chapter into one anime episode, making the pacing unbearably slow in the anime. If you want to watch 1994 on it's own I'm sure it won't seem as bad, but don't watch it after watching 97 or else you'll probably be really disappointed.
