Personal Note: Since everyone is worried, I'd like to clarify a few things. This injury was old. Many fans noticed the injury on the day of the concert and even I personally kept an eye out to check if his injury healed. He had a schedule a few days later (3-4 days) and his fingers looked fine then. So, don't worry <3 I think it is healed.

Also for people who don't know, Yixing has a problem with his blood clotting - which in turn causes bleeding for a longer period of time.

he bled for two days.. omg....

it's like his finger was on its period

that's scary

I was getting so sad and emotional over this but your comment made me chuckle. I feel so bad...

But seriously...its not the first time my heart hurts for Lay. He is one of the few idols I feel really protective towards. Take care Lay.

Oh no I hope he gets the proper treatment

That was an old injury. Tbh most of the fans/Xingmis noticed his injury on the day that this preview got released and we looked if his hands looked fine a few days later and the fingers looked fine <3 Hopefully he got proper treatment :)

I thought he has this condition where wounds take longer to heal?

Yes, his blood clotting process is slow == bleeding for a longer period of time and hence wounds take longer to heal.

But he is fine now :) This was from long back and we looked out for the injury after the concert and he was already fine (looked fine) after 3-4 days.
