Why shouldn't him when it is clear the girls lying according to 29th August prosecutor office official report. FYI. The first formal trial l in court for Case A will be on 22nd sept this month where it will all be conducted in court. And the cousin Hwang which was reportedby the korean media s as her cousin is in fact not her cousin but a gang member introduced to miss BF for their extortion plan, And B, C and D are all under investigations by the prosecutors for false accusations.

Trying to stir up new shit with this and your other thread (started within minutes apart of each other ) will not be taken lightly by cjes formal announcement.Even the medias are strangely quiet with the new official  updates. There is public outcry and pressure to bring these medias to toe its false reporting getting momentum in korea presently by the general public. When he comes back is at his own calling .Whether it is in korea, china or Japan.

To Op - calling him that is defamation against his character with the current proofs by prosecutors.I would advised best to tread more carefully on those terms in the future.

No. It's hard to make a successful comeback after a sexual assault scandal. Look at Park Si Hoo for example. He was accused of rape and cleared of charges in the end and it took him YEARS before he was able to show his face on Korean TV again, and there are people who still believed he was guilty. Even Se7en, while he wasn't involved in any sexual assault cases, saw his popularity plummet after his massage parlor scandal when he was in the military. Being involved in an assault scandal or getting caught in a massage parlor scandal while you're in the military are among the fastest ways to kiss your popularity and career in Korea goodbye.

Wow at people that speak like they know the whole thing and the future. At least get yourself updated with his current case if you really want to know the justice. Dont just give shit to other people. I dont care if you dont support him or hate him, just dont spread negative or false info when you can be more dirty when accusing wrong people..

Lol, people also said that jyj will never be successful after the lawsuit but that was proven wrong. So i dont get why yoochun cant do movie or comeback when is proven not guilty in addition of the female was in jail because of false accusation.

Even you dont study legal system, you should know that false accusation means she report false info which in this case, about the sexual assault. And there is also attemp of extortion.

You're talking about knowledge of the judicial system... funny. He was never proven innocent. He was acquitted due to lack of evidence, and lack of evidence in such a way that often happens with rape cases... i.e. a technicality in the law that is often difficult to prove, often impossible to prove (the notion of 'force' as used in the code of law). I can tell you many stories where it was clear what happened but technical difficulties arose, so the person went free. What do you think he did to those prostitutes in the bathroom? Had a little chat? Enjoyed a game of Monopoly? If this wasn't Yoochun but some random guy on the street, would people really be so quick to defend him? The naïvity in this thread is astounding.

No. I don't know how many times I have written the same in this forum but at least in Miss A case ( the other cases are under investigation) he wasn't acquitted due lack of evidence . Miss A has been indicted for false accusation and the trial will take place the 22nd of September . Obviously, the trial against Miss A has nothing to do with the fact she withdrawed the charges but with the evidences found by Police that she committed false accusation . Indeed the judge granted an order of arrest against Miss A because she had previously tried to destroy proofs related to the case . About the other cases we should wait.

I see most of the people here don't know what false accusation means . Rape cases which can't be proven don't end in a false acussation trial ...There would only be a trial for false accusation if evidences were found that the accuser lied when she /he filled the complaint (false accusation means a person accuses another of a crime knowing that the crime is false and such accusation must be made in front of an authority with the duty of investigating the crime ).
