Okay, i know i have mentioned a lot of what i am gonna say now. I am 1.75cm tall and i reached 56kg weight.

I also started doing hard exercises a week ago, until yesterday i tried to run 7 times around an old stadium as a jogging exercise. My body is loose and i want to tighten with exercise but i always want to lose weight because whenever i eat, i feel like i am geting swollen.

I also do blogilates(youtuber) exercises..

An hour ago (its 10:16 pm) i cheated on my diet and ate omelete and then i ate some leftover chips i found in a bag because i was still hungry. I was doing so well, i ate only a soup for lunch and a toast for breakfast.

I want to restart tommorow...

Everytime i feel swollen, i feel like sh*t...

I try to do lower ab exercises but then again...

What is wrong with me? :(

do not hate me, and sorry if i bothered you guys with this...

make a diet plan and stick to it, if you slip up, don't beat yourself up, it make take a bit

I know, i try. But when i eat only a soup for lunch and a toast for breakfast, my body feels weak and awful at night and i usually try to endure it....

I am already thin, maybe thats why. But i hate feeling swollen everytime i eat something..

5'9ish and 123 pounds sounds completely normal though.

with your diet try switching out things or a small amount that will make you feel full. Like instead of fried chips try baked, potatoes and rice tend to be really filling. Also when dieting try not to get under 1000 calories because 800 is starvation and your body will then try to hang on to as much fat as possible.

Honestly, make sure you're actually getting enough to eat for a start (and it sounds like you aren't - eating toast and soup is the reason you went for the leftover chips), because you're never going to get the 'tightness' in those muscles you want to achieve if you aren't eating enough. You're body will look x100000 times better if you eat 1500 calories and do a really good workout everyday than if you eat 800 calories. And you'll have more energy to do the workouts anyway.

I went from 68.5kg (I'm 165cm tall), to 55kg by eating just that tiny bit more. It sounds stupid but honestly it works. To be honest, you sounds like a skinny-minnie as it is!! But if you insist on dieting, give me a message and I'll tell you some good foods that are low fat and keep you sustained so you don't snack on crap and give you energy for your workouts!

for your height your weight is quite good actually

it seems to pretty normal to think about your body/weight/muscle mass bc everyone I know is extremely focused on their body (sometimes they talk pretty much only about that)

If you keep your motivation and do exercises regularly you will feel more comfortable with your body, but as a tip don't eat too little a day! Better eat smaller portions but several times a day. And of course the best is a bit less fast food or candies~

It's super tough to change your diet and general habits so don't expect to achieve all your goals overnight and try to don't be too tough with yourself because this is a normal occurrence and as long as you are motivated and keep trying to achieve your goals you're still on the right track.

Also sometimes people feel a little bit swollen when they start doing exercise while also being in pain; some muscular fibers would tear apart and then they would heal stronger but in the mean time your muscles would be a little bit more plump and would also hurt as hell. AS for the diet you might have to talk with your mom (or whoever buys food and cooks) to help you out with this; like not buying chips so you don't feel tempted. Lastly you might want to consider consulting someone that could give you better advice on what you should eat, like a nutritionist because you shouldn't be going to sleep while hungry and that could be a problem if you keep up that way.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but you do realize that you are already underweight?

I believe this has been told by many people before this. It is worrying rather than confusing because you are starting to show signs of eating disorder. The moment you feel the need to cheat your diet means that your body isn't receiving enough nutrition which plays crucial role in muscle development and metabolism.

It is just the way that you look at your body is the main issue right now which caused you to not eating enough. I mean if with your low bmi, you feel the need to lose weight, what do people with so-called ideal bmi have to do? Lose even more weight?

Seriously, please find a support system. I'm truly worried of your unhealthy obsession. I know that feeling because I've tried to diet and exercise myself but it failed because I wasn't eating enough. I love eating and while my weight fluctuates a bit, it still stays within the normal range with or without diet. But whenever I feel like losing some weight, I'll just have to pay more attention on what I eat eat little but frequent times. It helps me from having cravings or giving into temptations.
