At least "most" of the time they were filming SNSD members during a SNSD song (even though sometime they had more of the stage/lighting in the picture)

How the hell do they spend like 1/3 of Lee Hyori's performance filming backup dancers instead of her? It's not like there's 8 other possible people who were singing.

Well still, I believe that the all of the camera used here is intact with a dolly. This is done to have a good flexible shots. The problem is that some of these dolly's are placed near the trusses and when the stage was lifted it hits the dolly which causes the camera to shake. Like the second GIF post of the OP. That explain the sudden shaking of the video capture.

Well for panning and zooming. Errhh.. The Camera operator and First assistant is partly to blame for not focusing on one certain Idol. The one who is to blame here is the DIT or the digital imaging technician because he's the one whos in change of what camera to show or whos screen time is it. SBS should have 8 cameras ready for each individual Idol, then 4 extra cameras for the foreground and group capture.

Its SBS fault though. This kind of things happens only when 1.) It is a special performance. 2.) There is no stage rehearsals. 3.) No camera plan for the said performance.
