Yesterday, there was a live stream event of Yixing for Bazaar Charity Event. While the stream is on, the fans can buy coins which will then go towards buying ambulances in impoverished parts of China <3

He said -

He drew an ambulance during the live broadcast!

And Fans managed to raise 101.8RMB / 15K USD in 19min13sec during the broadcast - enough to buy an ambulance <3 (also making him the fastest celeb to raise money enough for an ambulance)

Hopefully it helps people in need and helps saving more lives T^T

A run through of the livestream by J <333

tagging to Love Music's post:
- Here's the video of the live chat
- It's a teaser program for the Bazaar charity event on Sep 9 that Yixing will be attending with a lot of other China celebrities.

I couldn't load the live streaming during the actual broadcast. But saw the chatboard messages on the live stream webpage, seems like there were around 2.5 million people streaming the live video chat.

During the 20 mins live stream, fans donated enough $$ to buy an ambulance, in accordance to the charity program donation activity.

Some quick translations:

  • In the beginning, the video recording person asked Yixing to say some words while drawing, but he was too focused on his drawing and didn't pay attention to the speaker.
  • Later, Yixing kept reminding fans to donate within their means and to ensure that they are taking care of themselves and their families first before donating.
  • He also spoke about why ambulances are necessary and some charity messages for the event theme.
  • He wasn't happy about the drawing... said that it doesn't look good and that he didn't draw well - he thinks the lines were too 'slanted'/picture proportion wasn't right. (I think he sketched the ambulance picture pretty well! but like any good artist, he's fairly critical of his work)
