Since yesterday there is no information about Jackson's condition. Fans and netizens wished Jackson rest and recovery but looks like he's performing at the concert in Japan (it's just started). I hope he will be ok. JYP Nation in Japan will last 3 days.

What's more, an article was released saying that sasaengs won't be punished and legal action against them can't be taken:

The concert has started and Jackson was seen touching his waist/back

The only photo from the concert, Jackson holding his back.

Korean fans are very mad at JYPE, bring Jackson's schedule this year and him flying back and forth all the time.

Unfortunately I'm not surprised since 1) The legal system usually sucks when it comes to these types of things and 2) weren't some accounts initially saying they couldn't see who those sasaengs were or what they looked like? I imagine unless someone got a good look or someone confessed then there would be a good chance no one gets punished sadly.

I hope he takes it easy and is monitored even though it's not considered serious.

Wow, they really crossed the line. Those sasaengs NEED to be punished.

Shame also on JYP that's letting him perform while injuried.

Did he even go to the hospital?

Hey ended up going after he landed in Japan I think? JYPE reported that his injuries aren't serious, but still if he's experiencing any type of pain, it's still gotta suck.

If they were on a taxi they can't be punished because the "culprit" would be the taxi driver (he was in charge of the vehicle), so it's a really f*** up situation and sasaengs take advantage of it :donthinkso:

Anyways I assumed it wasn't a serious accident and Jackson just had a back pain, that's pretty normal in those situations, so i didn't think he wouldn't perform tonight, just a bit of rest and probably a massage to get rid of the tension and done :dave:

i thought the reason they can't be punished is because this happened at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, which is in china.

He did go on hospital & JYP did say they will look at his condition to let him perform or not but it's seem like he condition isn't serious as we all thinking for JYP to let him perform.

No. 1) Jackson and the staffs talked to them (he even asked if they were fine -_- ) after their cars stopped bcs of the hit so no way they didnt see those sasaengs' faces.

2, Those sasaeng had to went to police station already (but blame the fault to the driver) That means the company know their identities

3, Jackson's fans know who those sasaengs are too. There are some fanaccounts saying they even saw those sasaengs still dare to kept following Jackson to the airport and take photos of him after the accident. There are also photos of them at airport spreading.

Thanks for the information and clarification. Despite all of this, still not surprised that they will likely not get any sort of punishment for  causing this accident >.<
