You will need to examine the types of training that may be appropriate at each level. Training objectives at different levels may be the same for all staff or they may be different and specific to the level. For example, training on using new photocopying equipment may be the same across the organisation, whereas succession training for promotion may be aimed at middle management. There are 3 different levels within an organisation: 1) organisational 2) team or departmental 3) individual P1: Explain how the training needs for an organisation are linked to the different levels within its structure. This comes from Unit 17 Training In the Business Work place. Can anyone explain me what is meant with the last 3 points. I actually do not quite understand where to start with this assignment. The things in the book do not help at all. If anyone can explain me the assignment fully I'd appreciate it. I searched it up unit 17 online and I still can't find. It is a bit vague. I do understand half of it. But I honestly do not know where to start. I have no idea why but I just can't seem to get it. I did use study mode but this unit seems so difficult to find.. This is the first time I've experienced a unit not being found on study mode. The thing is this assignment's deadline was supposedly last month/begin december but no one I know knew that because we have internships and other assignments. My dumbass didn't check the deadline of the P's before deciding to make them. I did send a message to the teacher twice and I have been ignored. Classmates don't really understand so I'm with a huge problem. I really need to make it asap (the whole unit with 4 P's) and send it asap hoping she'll give me feedback even if I have to beg.
