Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, and actor. Called the King of Pop, his contributions to music, dance and fashion along with his publicized personal life made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades.

The man would have been 58 years old today. His legacy will continue to live on and inspire many people and musical artists in years to come. For many people, he was and will always be the greatest entertainer of all time.

I know over the years MJ has had his fair share of scandals, accusations etc, and I'm aware some people have no interest or care for MJ which is fine, you're entitled to your own opinion... but one thing nobody can deny is that he revolutionized the music industry and, as said before, influenced countless artists (including many of our favorite kpop stars) so without him, who knows what the music (and kpop) scene would be like today. Thank you for your time, I hope none of this was too cheesy~
