Scarlet Heart: Ryeo

EP1: 7.4%

EP2: 9.3%

it's rising

both dramas have a similar style ... too much comedy;

Korean costume dramas are no more how they were, they are on downfall.

the director of Scarlet Heart is not so good. I've watched the first two episodes ... cheap tricks with half naked men... wtf? the action is supposed to be in early medieval times. And he focuses too much on IU's facial expressions. (same expression, a bit distracting)  The drama looks more like a parody, different than the Chinese version ( which has its comedic moments but overall had a more serious approach)  Lee Jun Ki is a very good actor, he deserves better screenplays, he's wasting his talent.  Hope the next episodes will be different. For those who just want to have a good laugh, than the drama is ok, quite perfect for gif material.

I've stopped watching Moonlights drawn by clouds after the first two episodes... the actors are good and look good together, but the plot .. .. nah, full of cliche, too much comedy ...  As someone who always enjoyed sageuks, I'm disappointed with most korean productions made after 2012. If the script is bad written  I can't watch a drama, no matter how talented are the actors.
