do u take vitamin pill?

I just started taking a multivitamin because I tried to donate blood the other day and was told that I was anemic =__= Clearly my crap diet of chocolate bars and potato chips has not been giving me my essential nutrients and minerals for the day, what a surprise.

No, but in all seriousness, it was actually so embarrassing because I'm a med student and the nurse just had no idea what to say when I told her my lifestyle consisted of staying up till 2 am and avoiding workouts.

It feels a little weird though, like I'm not supposed to be eating so much health at once. Are there any brands that are better or something? I've heard so much crap about Centrum but I just got it because it was the only one I recognized at the store.

Used to.

My parents once give me a 60x3 tablets to take everyday, but my stomach just can't take it after few days, so i give them back lol.

You can tell i'm not into pills or any medications to take except topical one only.

Used to, since i have crap health parents thought vitamin c supplement (the soluble tablets) world help. Took them for a couple months straight aaaaaand they did jack all. Still got sick as often as without the extra vitamin c so stopped buying them as they were kinda expensive too. They tasted good though.
