A hashtag which translates to '#JangHyunseung ThankYou for Leaving' has been trending on Twitter in Korea for the past 5 hours.

The issue began after netizens discovered that on the most recent airing of Mnet's 'Hit The Stage', on which Hyunseung was a competitor, Hyunseung and his crew allegedly made fun of his former group B2ST

Netizens have captured a GIF image of the show, during which Hyunseung is trying out shoulder pads with his crew for their upcoming performance. The crew, after stuffing their t-shirts with pads, began dancing to B2ST's "Ribbon", singing the line, "tie up a ribbon". Netizens claimed that the crew members seemed to be mocking B2ST's dance, and also pointed out that Hyunseung did nothing to stop his crew members from the offensive gestures.

As the issue spread on various online communities, fans began flocking to Hyunseung's Instagram, asking for feedback. Netizens think this post below from a few hours back is Hyunseung's response toward B2ST fans demanding an explanation.

In addition, one netizen who supposedly attempted to contact Hyunseung via his Instagram account received a direct reply in the form of a middle finger up emoticon, as captured in the image below.

As a result, Korean netizens, including B2uty and even fans of other fandoms, took to Twitter to actively express their oppositions to Hyunseung and his crew's alleged actions on 'Hit The Stage', using a hashtag (#장현승_탈퇴해줘서_고마워) containing both sarcastic and serious undertones.

Well let's summarise it:

1) OT5 started their comments on his IG blaming HIM for whatever dancing moves did DANCING CREW.

2) OT5 started to trend on Twitter with hashtag that means - Thanks for leaving B.

3) He noticed comments? and provided feedback being unusually fast cause 1) dance moves are part of so called milly rock dance that are used everywhere and 2) why the CREW has to be blamed for that?

4) He saw hashtag? and liked the picture with hashtag

I don't know when exactly that person - anti starting to harass him but his patience ended

Oh lord, if he was still in the damn group, they would have thought it was funny.

now i'll admit i am only a casual fan of b2st, like their music, don't know much about the group. i see hate for hyunseung all over the place and i'm not sure why. he did nothing wrong what is with these people...

Leaving a group is like automatic hate in the kpop realm

honest to god why did i even bother reading through all of that. fuck that noise. the utter delusion. its disturbing to think all it takes is a few individuals to get these hashtags trending as well as prompting these bandwagoners. you know for certain they didn't watch that god damn show and are picking apart his clips....

You know what. good on you Hyunseung for standing his ground.

I haven't been able to respect the B2st korean fandom ever since I read about all the stuff fans did when his father died and I was sickened reading some fans justify the horrible behavior and basically blaming it on him. I just wish the crazies would leave him alone and stop harrassing him.
