I just want to know, my dad bought me a bag of crisps one 2 days ago and i am SO scared to eat from them. To be honest, there is already too many crisps in it and i just want to eat them but i am so scared i might gain weight again with these...

I do not know why food has become such an issue with me... maybe i have been obsessed with my weight....

I was 61kg before Summer and it would be a nightmare to reach that number again (i am 1.75 cm tall)

I just felt unhealthy and sick even though people told me i looked good but not for me, i felt like i needed to lose that weight. I am 58 now, i remember 2 years ago when i had my surgery , my apetite had become low back then because of the effects and i reached 54 kg. I want to reach AT least that number....

Yesterday i started exercising, and today the time of the month came and i can not even dance, how am i suppose to work out?! :(

sorry guys if i made this post confusing, i just have no one to tell these and i feel like i can trust you guys sometimes :')

edit: i just feel like my relationship with food has become somehow negative, i cant eat anymore without thinking how much weight i will gain. I am one of those people who get a little bloated after they eat something, its disgusting i know!

I'm not trying to sound condescending but have you considered talking to someone professional about this? It must be stressful to be constantly anxious around food, and eating is supposed to be enjoyable

The key is everything in moderation. Even if you talk to a dietitian or nutritionist just so you don't accidentally take extremes and eliminate more than chips

The weight of a food has nothing to do with the amount of fat in it. And honestly it depends on the type of crisps, most are unhealthy but there are some that can be seen as a healthy snack. But really if it's just one bag of crisps and you say you exercise regularly then there should be no problem, cheat days are a thing for a reason.

Also the fact that you're fretting that much about a bag of crisps kinda worries me, especially when you're already quite thin. You should probably think about talking to someone.

Money is an issue here in Greece, and especially now that my mom will have to use my grandparent s money for my birthday gift and the other rest for tuition. She will have to work all year and they never even take me to anything. (it would be the last thing they d do) , only when i was a little child and i had adhd but that was when i was very young.

Also, i feel embarassed talking about this stuff with people i know in real life so i remain silent about these topics, or talk about these through facebook because i feel more comfortable typing than speaking....

Yesterday, i cried a little because i wanted to work out and my body just did not cooperate with me. Sometimes, i look at my best friend and wish i had her body... She does everything so easily...

I am the unfit friend, although i might be 58 kg, i have a very unfit body and definitely not a flat stomach.

I was in a similiar situation as you and had a pretty negative "relationship" with food, bc I was scared to lose weight. I overcame this fear, whem I started to get really interested in cooking. I looked up youtubers and bloggers who share healthy receipts from different countries and I learned a lot from it.

Since I started to cook myself I don't have problems with food anymore.

I also work-out three times a week for ~30 minutes which helps me a lot.

I totally understand how you feel, once I lost a god amount of weight I became afraid to eat anything I would just eat empty calories like lettuce or an apple. I forced my self to stay away from any food I liked or that is deemed bad for you, I begin to hate food because all I saw was things I liked but couldn't have. Honestly the best thing to do is just change your style of eating completely, but this is very hard and expensive. So what I learned was you can still eat your fave foods, but in moderation once or twice a week depends on what it is, that little isn't going to to make you gain weight even if you're not working out. I would generally eat healthy all week and one day have a couple of slices of pizza or something and still lose weight.

try to stay positive and motivated, but your weight seems to be fine, I still have a ways to go

You're already bordering on being underweight?? I seriously recommend you seek professional help before you get more serious eating problems.

Even 56kg is underweight for 175cm, I know because I'm that height and trying to gain minimum that much.

You do know that you already have a low weight for your height. I think it's the problem of how you view yourself, mental psychology thing. That is why you felt bad just at the mere sight of chips. I've had bmi 18 before and yes while I was thinner back then, it does not equals flat stomach and guess what, I'm the unfit friend as well. Over the time while studying, I gained weight (still within ideal range) but still not fully satisfied with how I look. I tried to diet and it worked for some time only for me to feel sick and even more depressed with all the added stress I have as a student. These days I just tried to exercise whenever I can and mostly try to eat balanced meal.

I really hope that you get over it soon, I'm worried

Seeing you worried about eating make me feel concerned about you.

It is okay to eat a bag of crisp once in a while as long as you eat it moderation.

You are worried about your weight but weight does not truly measured your health.

I don't mind helping you to devise a workout plan and meal plan, so if you are interested, feel free to PM (Private Message) me.
