Is it normal for your stomach to hurt after a day of workout ?

Should i do more workout today or leave one day?

and my thighs hurt but very little(because i went for jogging yesterday)

 

its my 2nd day of workout today

 

 

and i also do sit ups but i only raise my legs without raising my upper body

i only reached 10 since its my 2nd day

 

 

 

edit: it could also be cramps i am not sure :(

this is normal, your using muscles you normally dont use so there will be some pain

 

if new to this kind of work outs just do it three times a week and alwasy have a rest day after a good work out.

 

good luck in your training regime , kudos to your hard work and keep it up .
