Hello there!

So I know Summer is ending but for me that's even more reason to get fit/healthy even with a busy schedule (the start of the semester is coming up).

I've never tried this before but it seemed like a good idea b/c Reddit always has people posting for accountability partners.

I'm looking for someone similar in age with similar stats and similar end goals :)

I'm hoping to keep accountable daily or weekly with our short and long-term goals, and even give each other advice/tips with what worked for them. And also give motivation and encouragement!!

About me:

21 y/o female starting my last year college - important because my schedule is tight and all the more reason I need to keep a strict diet/exercise plan

5'2" :( I know I'm pretty short...

Currently ~113 pounds, end goal is to be ~105 and to KEEP it around that weight.

I have a major sweets craving and I'm a terrible late night snacker. I'm pretty active which isn't my problem area - it's the sweets and the midnight snacking that kill me.

I'm thinking if there are really a lot of people we can create a group email thing (b/c email happens to be very convenient, I know I sound old-fashioned)

If you think your goals are similar please respond to this post and I'll PM you so we can set something up! :D

I'm looking for a long-term accountability partner, hopefully for at least 1 year so please only respond if you're serious about a long-term commitment:)

EDIT:

I also want to try getting healthier so definitely someone who's looking to reach their goals through healthy means!

Hi. I'm the same height as you. I'm wondering how this thingy will work :D

Hi! High five for shorties :D

I'm thinking of doing email accountability.

Like what works for me is to keep track of/journal what I eat, so I can physically see if I'm overeating, what I can cut out, etc.

So I was thinking if we decide on daily we can email back and forth what we ate/our exercise, etc.

If weekly, maybe weekly goals and if we met them/how we think our weeks went! :D

Ofc nothing set in stone, in the end something that is doable for the both of us and that we can agree on.

Hmm, you're 5 foot 2? My mom's that's height and 105's around where her weight should be. You're not that far off, keep it up!

Wow your mom is goals LOL, thank you tho :)

Im 5'2 and im trying to reach 140. I go to the gym everyday and i also track all my meals and water intake lol keep it up!!!!

Good luck to you too! :D And wow I don't track my water intake at all, what is your reason for doing so? And props to you for gymming every day  :chu:

6 is difficult for me b/c I'm such a night owl ;_; and I can't control what time I eat b/c of my job (we get assigned random dinner breaks spread in 45-min intervals, sometimes I eat at 5pm, sometimes 7 or 8).. and my family eats late in general b/c of my mom's job, but that's incredible though that not eating anything after 6 made such a big difference :o

Weren't you tempted to snack when you got hungry though?

I'm 5'5 and trying to lose a few extra lbs. My biggest problem is that I tend to eat between meals out of boredom. Hopefully we can all reach our goals!

I snack a lot too in between meals, but recently not as much b/c I got a bit busier so I don't stay at home much now > < but yes hopefully we reach our goals!

Are you interested in accountability? i can pm you if you are!

I am 5'2" and trying to lose 10 pounds,I too crave lots of sweets and I don't eat real meals I mostly snack

Are you interested in accountability? :D if so I can pm you, we're similar in goal!

haha for now I made it my goal to not eat after dinner! idk how big of a difference it'll make b/c my dinner times are sporadic but i'll eat cucumbers (eeek) at midnight if I really have to chew on something haha!

I can help you if you are interested. I coached a few female (One of them was in the National Team for Shooting), and helped them to burn fats away.

I am a Male though but I am eager to offer my help to anyone that is interested to be more healthy.

P.s: Apart from what I wrote above, I also studied Sports Science and worked in the Sports industry. While I am not attempting to lose weight, I don't mind having an extra friend that can push me on. (Me on building Muscle mass, you on losing Weight).

So PM me, if you are interested
