I don't know if there are any English translations yet of the lyrics (if so please leave a link!) but from what I can glean from lines like "I feel like you're just taking this shit to the friend zone" and "what are we?" "I want to know your answer" etc. it does seem like there's a general theme: that there's a guy she's close with, enough to be friendly and go out for late night walks etc. but he keeps her at an arms length. Who do you think she might be talking about?
