ezgiT 3,098 Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 lee hyori coming from being a leader of the most iconic korean girl groups at the time (arguably starting girl groups including SES) then moving onto being one of the most successful, legendary solo singers of korea. the fact that she was able to sell 150k at the time and as a female solo in her peak says something. what other solo artist has achieved that (other than taeyeon and iu lol) not to mention her solo concert which had 8k people or even more. still makes me gassed knowing that in her 30s (which knetz see that as retired) is still able to sell 63k during U GO GIRL, 31k during chitty chitty bang bang and most recently in 2013 after a long hiatus sold 16k says something (sold more than some groups combined). do i even need to mention her digital sales? her recent comeback got 1 mill plus or her cf deals hahahahaha here's a hyori gif to put a smile on our faces dont care about the charting, hyori is number 1 in my heart in terms of solo and most koreans would agree too.
