Do you think racism is forgivable?

Only against Koreans because quite frankly they deserve it for having such a morally repulsive society and they're pretty much all racist and ugly to boot. I know this because I'm on the net all day and read comments from them on NB and its a true representation of them, I don't actually know any Koreans but being a kpop fan I"m allowed to generalize the entire populace. Plus their asian and we all know that racism against asians doesn't exist and is politically correct.

Modern day South Koreans are worse than the Nazis, Pol Pot, Hitler and Stalin all put together. Hopefully one day we can genocide these people and put them out of their misery so the rest of the world can live in peace and harmony.

If it comes from ignorance, yes. Some people are just raised to think in racist ways and they don't know any better. If they are then educated and work hard to change their prejudices then of course they can be forgiven.

If the person knows they're racist and is being malicious and arrogant, especially an adult who has been informed of why their racist beliefs are wrong, then no..

The thing is that racism is often times borne of ignorance, and fear of the unknown, rather than malicious intent. So I feel that as long as someone is willing to learn about those different to him/her and be open minded enough to change his/her views and accept the fact that normality is relative, it's totally okay. In fact, that makes for a good, intelligent person.

It really depends.
Making racist jokes around friends and what not is fine, because the context is understood.
Making racist jokes out of malice is obviously not fine.
Having racist thoughts, views, and opinions out of ignorance is not exactly fine, but it is tolerable as it can be fixed and such views can be unlearned.
Having racist thoughts, views, and opinions even though you're already aware of why holding these views is horrible is unforgivable.
There are circumstances where it is forgiveable, and circumstances where it is not.
This is coming from a POC who makes racists remarks and jokes 24/7. topkek
