The better question is why rap/hip-hop is so overrated in K-Pop, since it is anti-musical in its purpose and Asians doing it just look ridiculous. You are obviously very young and uninterested and uneducated. Jazz is more popular than R&B or hip-hop or most music, throughout the world. One reason is it is inoffensive. I just stated where to find jazz. Poland..throughout Europe/Asia/Africa/etc. jazz is played. Small clubs or places like JALC. You need to go talk to people that live in Europe/Asia/etc. Why do you think there are jazz festivals all the time and throughout the world? Rich mommys and daddys are paying big money to teach their kids classic music or jazz. There is a plethora of jazz clubs in South Korea and the world.
