I'm going into new school,I'm 15 and I'm going to the new school rn and I'm so damned scared like?!

I'm leaving my company from my past school and we are like all amazing with one another and my crush is in that company and I don't want our company to kinda split but I think that will happen ( luckily we live in the same neighbourhood so maybe I will see him but his school is so far away and in different schedule than mine) and I'm really like scared and stressed to do well? The most I am scared are new people and new company. I'm really shy at first and a lot of people think I am a stuck up bitch ( literally everyone said this when they first saw me,even him lmao ) so it is hard for me to get close to others and I'm scared I will stay alone.

Jeez I wasn't this scared in my life, the school is pretty hard too since it is in top 3 in my town and all people who went their did extremely well and get into college they wanted but it was hard too and idk im really stressed and I just had to say this to someone since I can't tell to any of my friends since I'm not that type to kinda rant about everything to people I know ( I kinda feel like I'm boring them tho and you who is reading this but sry hahah)

Hey,RV is coming back in September at least something to be happy about EC74g9i.gif

Any advice and what did you endure into your new school? I would be glad to hear about your experiences tho

Don't be stressed. When I started my first day in my new school (4 years ago), I also have no friends. It's normal! But eventually you'll gain friends. My advice is to pick your friends wisely, since you're still young and it's highschool, you only need like 3-4 friends because the rest is fake. Seriously, like they're good at you when you're facing them but when you turn your back, they'll be bad asf.

Goodluck to you girl!

Thanks,I kinda need to step up my game and to open myself since it is really hard when people make judgments about me before they meet me

When I started my new school even though it was rubbish academically compared to my old school I made a ton more friends there and the teachers were more caring and it was just a good experience overall. That being said make sure to try and keep in contact with your old friends.

Don't be too stressed. Last year I went through the same because it was my first year in High school, i was really nervous like you I thought I wouldn't make friends and it would be hard for me to fit since I'm really shy. But I relaxed and then I started conversations with people who were new just like me. Don't worry too much you'll be fine :)

  • 2 weeks later...

my middle school experience was awful. high school was probs the best time of my life, though the 2nd and 3rd years were just average

you'll be fine, popularity isn't as big of a deal and you can hang out alone if you want to, no one will care. especially considering your school's one of the top 3, students should be more focused on being competitive rather than judging you for anything else anyway

it's been a few years since i graduated but the friends i keep in touch w/ now were also in your shoes. a few of them had to move from a different state over for their freshman year, but they made a lot of friends

work hard, play hard, hf!
