xoxox 3,818 Posted June 4, 2016 Share Posted June 4, 2016 (edited) Akdong Musician's Chanhyuk got mistaken for Producer Kim Tae Ho? - Allkpop Akdong Musician appeared on KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together' on June 2 where another lookalike of Chanhyuk was brought up. Yoo Jae Suk said to him, "You really look similar to Producer Kim Tae Ho. On Producer Kim Tae Ho's employment ID card, there's a face that looks like Chanhyuk." Chanhyuk replied, "There was even a time when a report went out incorrectly. It was an article about me, but there was a picture of Producer Kim Tae Ho. He's a neighbor, and whenever I see him, I was jumpy. I thought, 'I finally met him.'" Do you see the resemblance? He was also told he looked like Ryu Joon Yeol... On this day, Chanhyuk admitted to being a 'heo-sae nam,' which roughly translates to a pretentious man. Basically, a man who acts like he knows everything even when he doesn't and is full of hot air. He had previously taken a picture of himself in a cafe in Shinsadong and posted it up with the words, "Feeling a New York morning." He explained, "It was a brunch cafe, and it gave off that feeling," then admitted, "I've never gone to New York," causing laughter. His sister, Suhyun, chimed in with, "Before, oppa told me that I'm a lump of aegyo, but oppa is a lump of pretentiousness. He doesn't mind that though and goes with it." Chanhyuk added, "There are even people who say I got pretentious after getting into YG. But I always had pretentiousness." On this day, the siblings performed together and then the DJs said, "Akdong Musician's songs are good, but they're hard to sing along to." Suhyun said, "There's no break, so singing live is really hard," and expressed her resentment towards her brother. Chanhyuk replied, "That is why our throats haven't been good; we've been doing a lot of lives. Suhyun says it's hard to sing and resents me." You could never tell they're struggling though! During the broadcast the DJs mention, “We are getting many texts that say your new songs are really difficult to sing along to.†In response the writer, composer, and arranger of the songs, Lee Chanhyuk, responds, “These songs is indeed a difficult song to sing, so I felt regret after completing them.†His sister, Lee Soohyun, adds, “There are no breaks during the songs, so singing them live is difficult as well,†playfully hinting blame towards her brother. When asked about their upcoming activities, “Because of our strong acoustic image we attempted many different styles of music, so we are glad people are enjoying it. This mini-album is one-half of our full album. We released part one of ‘adolescence,’ so there will be a part two to complete the album.†When asked about going through adolescence Lee Soohyun responds, “We are past that stage. When I we first came on the ‘Cultwo Show’ I remember not speaking at all because I was going through adolescence. Haven’t I become more mature?†In addition Lee Chanhyuk states, “When I make a song, I have to beg my sister to listen to it.†However, Soohyun responds, “He makes me listen to his songs until I say I like them.
