Shinee fans attack Oh My Girl for the (non official) color of their light sticks

So, Oh My Girl just had their first ever concert today, and there is another one tomorrow. WM Entertainment introduced fan merch for the concert a few days ago, and the light stick was one of them.

Shawols got knowledge of this and got upset because of the color (keep in mind that this color isn't even Oh My Girl's official color, it's actually from one of their concert teaser pictures).

 

One Oh My Girl fan posted a picture of Shawols at a SHINee concert and say it was actually Oh My Girl's concert (I don't know if this caused the backlash or if it happened afterwards).

 

 

but anyways, shinee fans are angry

It is literally just a temporary cheap lightstick for their concert and the fact that some fans are getting upset over this is hilarious.

If the color is temporary, why the fuss? I understand people who like their lightstick colors and it being important to them, but if this is not even their actual color, why are they upset?

all I have to say is

 

it's a really pretty color

 

and it's not the first or last time you'll have light stick drama

 

edit: so yes certain shawols may have overreacted but I imagine any other big fandom would've probably reacted the same

There are so many colors to choose from and they had to pick the pearl aqua one. It's the second group this year who uses it for their first concert... hmm

edit If you don't feel connected to your group with its fandom color, it's okay too but why is it necessary to provoke Shawols every now and then? It's known that they love their fandom color very much, so making it the color for other groups/concerts is inappropriate. Especially knowing that it already happened in the past and Shawols have never been fine with it. I'm not blaming the concerning group(s) though. I think that their company/management chooses it and forgets to do some research or just doesn't care.
