They informed everyone of all the incidents that happened, but then contrasted this behaviour with that of real Xingmis, and said that Yixing's love for his actual fans is unconditional, and then they politely informed the sasaengs that this was the final warning before they would pursue legal action!! Keep in mind crazy/infatuated fans are different from sasaeng fans. Sasaeng fans do what they do to get a rise. Sasaengs actually enjoy idols geting mad at them or despising them.They kinda differentiate them in this notice too saying that they don't consider those sasaengs xingmis. I think what he was more understanding about were those fans that follows scalpers to his events. These fans are gullible enough to trust or pay these scalpers just to see him.
