I used to like Hyorin's singing better but it just sounds harsh lately. On the other hand, I used to find Taeyawn's (I missed calling her this) voice to be boring but recently I've been loving it a lot. Same way I've been liking Minzy's singing, I think I overall prefer vocals that are like honey to the ears (D.O.  :ahmagah:  :ahmagah: )

Taeyeon... Her voice is so comforting and soothing...

 

Hyorin voice sometimes sounds like too much force...

she always sing. SAFE that's why her  voice always awesome. but, for me to boring lol

 

maybe this is only my opinion. i don't like good singer with boring voice. although her voice is as good as any other singer in kpop

Cool that's YOUR opinion. Now accept the others, or don't bother making threads like this if you can't accept a difference in opinion.

Taeyeon. I prefer her singing in many ways and her performances are always nice; they're never boring to me either.

 

I don't particularly like the way Hyorin sounds but that's my personal preference. I like voices/songs that are nice and easy to the ears that don't make me want to get away from it. But that doesn't particularly mean ballads or anything, when Taeyeon sings, she can do any genre and it can still be pleasant to hear in a good way.

I prefer Taeyeon much more because I have never really liked these kind of power vocalist or whatever  you call them who has this really powerful voice and sing with a lot of force like Ailee or Hyorin

I like both of them but I prefer Taeyeon's clear and crisp tone, especially in pop songs or ballads. But Hyorin, when she sings RnB like in her solo album, she's supreme. Vocally, Hyorin is a bit better but not by much. I guess if Taeyeon was given a solo album and had extra time to train her vocals then she would probably extend her comfort range like how Hyorin has.
