Of i listen to kpop, but it doesn't mean that it's the main type of music i listen to, people can love hip hop for the lyricism and subject matter and at the same time love kpop for the visual aspects because both genres do not cater to both aspects at the same time. TLDR - You can't like Hip-Hop/rap, if you like K-pop. The 5 elements of Hip hop are 1.MC'ing - Rap, 2. DJ'ing, 3. Grafitti - Aerosol art, 4. Dance - Breaking, Popping and locking, the final element which hold them together is 5. Knowledge.
