So, considering that we have never ever talked to each other, and also keeping in mind we study at the same building, what tips or advices would you give me? I thought about messaging him with <You're beautiful>, but I'm too shy to say that. Hi or how are you are strange too. I don't know what to talk. And I hobestly think I will be bashed. We study at the same building and I'm scared of getting rejected by him because i couldn't avoid eventually meeting him through the classes.

Try to find something in common to message him first since you guys study at the same building, maybe something related to studying or where the best places study to start off?

To be perfectly honest a hello in person instead of online makes a better impression especially considering you have never talked to him. Using facebook makes it seem like you are cyberstalking him a little bit. If you must use facebook be lowkey and casual about it. Just mention that you've seen him around school and you felt like saying saying hi but felt a little too shy to do it in person.

This. I would also advise not to say "You're beautiful" on the first conversation, because he might think you are stalking him and is a bit creepy coming from a total stranger. If you really want to tell him that, maybe focus on a certain characteristic instead? Like his hairstyle or smile or something.
