I'm skeptic though because I've read a lot of mixed reviews. I am reading the A Court Of Thorns And Roses series by the same author and while it has many flaws, I'm enjoying it. I can't wait for September. Fave characters are Manon(and her 13) and Celaena . I used to ship Chaolaena so hard but SJM is honestly such a good writer she made me let go and jump ship for R/C. My other biggest ship is Malide (THEY BETTER FUCKING RISE IN THE NEW BOOK) I recommend this series to everyone , and also Brent Weeks's Night Angel Trilogy if you love TOG. I think there may be an on-going budding romance between manon and dorian For the love of God (not directed at you , but in general) Book Spoilsies I fucking hope they don't, the last thing Manon has ever needed is a man, like she kills them for fun in the book like wtf Second - Dorian?? Dorian who had a demon inside him for so long , who killed his dad , who saw his last love killed in front of him ...can move on so easily and suddenly to a blood thirsty witch who shows no emotion to anyone but her sqaud ,her wyvern and Elide?Just because she repaid her debt to A by telling her that Dorian is still alive, and had some brief eye contact with him and suddenly they're OTP??One thing I hate is the balant heteronormativty in the y/a fandoms. All it takes is a look and ofc the boy and girl can never be friends . The only plotless romance I can accept is Lys/Aedion TL;DR:Baby Dorian needs to heal and be surrounded by his friends, and D/M would make the funniest friends-aganst-all-odds their banter would be amazing. It's totally fine if people ship them though,maybe SJM will pull a Rowaelin and make me switch lanes . Which reminds me. #Manon4AelinsCourt2k16 .
