On a second thought this was actually kind of sad.

 

I mean I don't know what the guest is talking about and I don't even know if Kyuhyun knows what he is referring to. I agree it's probably not something that bad but I do wonder what Kyuhyun thinks about the fact that his friend? acquaintance? seemingly gossips about him with his employee behind his back.

 

I wonder if stuff like this makes him feel a bit paranoid and lonely sometimes. I mean he said he keeps stuff from the members as well, for this very reason... Idk. Sad.

Yeah, I hope he clarified things after filming because Kyu doesn't look like he knows what the guy was referring to. It'd be unfortunate if he indeed ends up feeling that way when the guy was likely just bluffing (just like Jessica was and the girl from Kara).

About the medley. I like the sound of like 8/10 of the songs so far which is a first. I just hope the actual album lives up to the medley's potential.

I am going to throw myself at Cho Kyuhyun. Every time I play this song I have to stop right after the first word because Cho Kyu's voice is too much to handle. Kyuhyun's voice at the beginning is a curse and a blessing. I already loved this song so much and his voice just makes it 100x better

Overall, I'm in love with this album and Kyuhyun's contribution in it is glorious. I'm a happy Kyuhyun fan. No complaints this time 'round.

This Wednesday, we're having Sukira's Healing Studio Concert with (my/ your) Best Friend, so as the title suggest, I had to invite my best friend as a special guest~ That's Super Junior's Kyuhyun~~~ Yesterday, I carefully asked him, "Kyuhyun-ah, Do you want to come on Sukira? To sing live?" And he readily answered, "Sure!" Really without any hesitation! He said that there will be awesome live (performances), so you have to tune in on Wednesday^^

I kinda am digging the fact that his role is second lead. It means there must be something about this musical (story, cast, crew) that made him want to do it despite the fact. I have to say I'm looking forward to it a lot more than his last.

I agree. He also seems to be the only idol musical actor of the bunch which means it won't be as low regarded as, say, SITR by general musical goers. I hope it's another song centric musical like METS, so he can impress some non-fans. Either way, I'm excited for this.

So Kyuhyun tried his hand on composing and it's quite a typical Korean ballad. Not bad for a first attempt but it was nothing extraordinary imo, apart from some good moments near the end. He sounded tired too.

 

Changmin wrote the lyrics which are supposedly based on Kyu's love story. I wonder if the lyrics mention something specific.

I don't think so. The audio is not very good in that one so there might some random ad-libs sprinkled around but it's lip-synched enough to be off-putting. And tbh my heartbreak was mostly about MB, a song I actually like and was looking forward to. She Wants It has always been kinda meh for me. I can look forward to the bits with lady dancer.

 

But Midnight Blues...

 

 

What is this regression after SS5?

Mte. It's such a downgrade compared to the live-ness of SS5. I know they're tired and all but I'm still disappointed and I'd personally feel robbed if I attended the concert only for them to lipsync most of their stages. Like the choreography isn't even that intense. I think they even lipsynced Evanesce and This Is Love both of which was mostly them standing still. I hope they get their shit together and perform these songs live during the next stops because I ain't here for this.
