You are 14, you are still growing.

Don't do those unhealthy diets like starve yourself.

Food related wise that is good, but if you really want to lose more weight healthy start an active lifestyle.

Do an hour of cardio everyday. That will help you.

1. I'm assuming youre eating healthy foods like lean meats (if you eat meat), veggies, etc.

2. one tip that my doctor told me is important (not weight related for me but i starve myself alot) is to healthy snack throughout the day. Nothing heavy but something like almonds or yogurt.

honestly youre doing good food wise. The only other key to your journey is exercising. You seem to be on a healthy track more so than a dangerous starving track. Also plan to lose weight over the course of months. I bet youre doing great

Track your caloric intake on MyFitnessPal and be honest about everything you eat in the day. It'll show you if you are on track to your goal. If you feel like exercising that'll help, but 90% of weight loss is what you eat. Good luck!  :chu:

At 14 years old, you are still growing in both height and usually weight. Make use of higher metabolism in your teen years by eating properly (fruits, vege, protein etc). Don't forget to exercise as well even a simple ones will help in a long run.

But for me, food plays the biggest role in losing weight, a least for me. Eat on time, do not skip any meals, snack healthily and do not eat heavy meals 3-4 hours before sleep.

110 seems a little light for your height, so I wouldn't worry about losing that much weight. When I was around your age I was only 5'2'' but I was 110 pounds and I was skinny. You are doing pretty good food-wise, but ofc you need to add exercise too. If it's not too much for you, try joining cross country or something similar, because it is really good exercise and it will take up some time after school so you're not just sitting around and more likely to eat unhealthy snacks. If running is too much for you then try going on long walks everyday, maybe even twice a day. I do that while listening to music and it's really relaxing and fun to me, I don't dread it and it's not an effort to force myself to do like running is. It makes me feel good and not like a lump that lays around all day. I would recommend talking to your doctor, too because it will help you stay on track and make sure you are losing weight in a healthy way and not losing too much.

Don't starve yourself, eat regular meal (with portion control ofc), drink a lot of water and exercise regularly. Please do remind yourself to be patient because diet is not just a one time thing, it is something to do in a long run. A lot of people did an unhealthy diet and when they achieve their goals they started to forget and start to eat too much which result in weight gain. So i hope you achieve your goals and  live a healthy life

Yesss, I'm a huge tea enthusiast~ It's such a relaxing hobby as well and there's so many interesting flavors. Matcha is bomb too  :chu:

Green Tea boosts metabolisms and helps reduce belly fat.

Matcha is good for metabolism too, but i won't take it too often because the tea that's used for Matcha can collect lead...

Rather than focus on losing weight, focus on losing fats. Someone with plenty of muscles will weight more than another person with plenty of fats. Muscles after all weight more than fats.

Eat a balanced meal that consist of light carbo, healthy fats, proteins and fibre.

Don't cut out fats totally from your meals as your body need it. But instead of eating bad fats, eat good fats that can be found in oily fish..etc

Drink water of water. I like my water with fresh lemon juice in it to help cleanse my body.

Get 7 hours of sleep per day as it helps you to recover fast and also maintain your metabolism.

Do workout consisting of weight lifting and High Intensity Interval training aka HIIT

Don't take any metabolism pills, diet pill like the person said below. You are 14. This can potentially destroy your liver, if you become dependent on it. It also destroys your abiliity to go to the bathroom. Even calorie counting seems a bit much as your age.

When I joined the tennis team, I usually ran 2 miles everyday. (This should take you like 30 minutes max). You should also put weights on your arms so you can work out your arms too.

suicides on 2 tennis courts. You're supposed to do this 4 times. (You should try to do this as fast as you can). This works out your core and your legs.

Lost 20 lbs in a year. Easily.

Edit-lemon water and mint. My brother did this, he lost 30 lbs for prom. What the heck.*NO SUGAR THO

I cut my diet down to 1500 calories and I lost a ton of weight. I'm still on the diet and losing weight, but my diet has been pretty slack lately. I've lost around 70lbs or so. Anyway, I cut out soda entirely. That helps so much. Try to limit the junk food and things are just aren't that healthy for you. Try to count the calories on EVERYTHING as well. A habit I personally have is impulse shopping at the grocery store. I'll end up like buying junk food and stuff I don't need, don't do that either. Also, if possible, start exercising.

I was only like 16 when I started my diet and I was worried it'd affect my health, but it didn't. It made me feel better if anything.
