What do you think will happen to Chungha after IOI ends?

Chungha (IMO) is the most talented, well rounded member in the group.                                                                 She's a dancing queen      tumblr_o1x5e2NKKf1v7040to4_250.gif

With the best stage presence tumblr_o3fl1v35za1v2r78mo4_400.gif

and the third best singer in the group after Yeunjung and Sejeong.

Honestly I don't want her debuting in M&H because the company is way to small for such a big talent like her and the other trainees aren't that great.

She left (or her contract wasn't renewed)  because one of her favorite employees at JYP left and is the CEO of M&H. I know she is loyal to the CEO of M&H but she should be in a bigger company.

She auditioned for YG too.

What do you think will happen to her after the group ends?

dont put her company down

there are plenty of groups that made their nugu company what they are today

look at bts sistar gfriend and mamamoo just a few btw

i forgot infinite and vixx too

^^^^^

with the popularity she has, she won't be going away anytime soon. M&H is planning their own girl group for 2017, and bc all the money Chungha is making they will probably have a lit debut

I would never put down smaller companies. Being a huge Gfriend stan I know that small companies can do big things. It's just given the option I would rather Chungha be in a bigger company. Big company means higher probability of success. Nugu companies most of time never succeed. The reason I also like bigger companies is simply because often times there are more talented trainees too.

I just don't want to see Chungha fail because she is one of the handful of idols that truly think are well rounded in all areas.

Probably stay with M&H and debut there. Everyone is afraid of 'nugudom' but to be honest you have to start somewhere, and probably from scratch when you debut in a new group. The positive thing is that Chungha would already have her fandom, and her boss coming from JYP would already have all the needed connections. Oh Seojung, if she's still there, is a very decent singer. They need a good song to start, and that's all that is to it. Sure, they probably won't break records at the speed of light but so what? Growing alongside a group is what connects the fandom to their artistes. You'd get there eventually.

I know as a fan of hers, we want the artist to have the best chance of success, and the maximum reward for her talents. I get it, and right now debuting in one of the Big 3 companies is the surest way to guarantee success right from debut.

But i want to support small companies. It's sad when they already have such a huge (unfair) disadvantage when competing with the big guns, and then their talented trainees want to leave them. Like income disparity in society, it only makes the gap wider and wider. Companies like SM will continue to get away with paying their artists only 5% of their sales (look it up, it's true), and YG can continue to utterly disregard the fans with impunity.

Spreading the real talent out among many comparable companies, and giving everyone an equal shot at success regardless of which company they're from, keeps the companies humble, promotes healthy competition, and is the best course of action for the future of the k-pop industry as a whole.

i think her skillset is very suited to going solo and would prefer that she does that, but i dont think it's realistic

M&H has a bunch of trainees ready to debut. if they put chungha in a group with them, that group will instantly have a certain level of popularity and recognition. fans of ioi will at least give their music a listen. using chungha you can draw attention to all 5-7 members of the group, although it'll definitely be unbalanced by her disproportionate popularity.

if they have chungha go solo, i think she'd be really great at it, but then their remaining trainees would have a very slim chance at ever making it. hell, the only one whose name i know (besides seojung from pd101) is jung dasol, and that's just because she posts on insta a lot with chungha. M&H wont miss an opportunity to recoup at least some of the money they spent training up the rest of those girls and potentially put their company on the map

I really don't want her in JYP. She'd def become "more famous" through the big 3 but I don't think she fits there. She's too talented... Maybe she's the hope of M&H :)

She went on Hit The Stage and even BYJ felt threatened by her. I think anywhere she goes as long as she works hard she'd be successful.
