I decided a few days ago that if i ate one thing a day i would lose weight. I am 1.75 height(5 ft 9)

and i am currently 56 kg , because i try to lose weight.

I mean, if you saw me, you d say that i have perfect weight but i just feel so ... full , especially when i go to the beach, i can feel every inch of me fat....

I decided to make my own food from tommorow, but only one meal a day, including garlic, carrots etc.

But the problem is, whenever i go to sleep, for some reason i usually watch nightmares(its not regarding my diet)

and i want them to go away...

I want to be smaller, because i am the big bodied, like very feminine body, big boobs and curves. I used to be 61 kg before Summer....

Sorry if this triggered anyone...

Ah, it's not good at all, you should eat at least 3 times a day (the most 5 times).

Instead of just once, eat healthy food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (+2 additional ones if you want, one on mid-morning and the other on the afternoon) and remember to do some sport with it (without excess) and you will be fine.

You obviously already know it's not. Starving yourself doesn't work long-term, you're just gonna end up binging and it's going to be a really long and really shitty circle of starving and binging. Work on your self-esteem girl, I'm sure you look great rn

This is really not a good idea. Making your own food is a good idea as then you know exactly what you are eating but once a day is not sustainable and unlikely to be nutritionally adequate

I don't think that's a wise choice. You should do some research on how to lose weight healthily. If you feel like your fat, measure yourself. If you waist is more than 35 inches, you're overweight. If your waist is smaller, you are generally considered normal. (I got this off the internet). The real question is 'do you work out?' If you don't really exercise, you won't have that toned and fit look, thus a body with more fat.

No don't - as people have said, it can hurt your metabolism and make it slow down. Also it's better to focus on eating healthy foods than starving yourself. It sounds like you might have the beginnings of an eating disorder if you know you're already a healthy weight, be careful and don't worry too much about losing weight!

Eat 3 meals a day. If you want to lose weight, just reduce your calorie intake (in a HEALTHY way) + exercise. If you eat smaller meals, your body will (generally) naturally adjust and your appetite will decrease. One meal a day is not healthy at all

first of all , your body is perfect , 56kg for 1.75 is considered thin tbh

but , it is your own body , and if you are uncomfortable with it and want to change , then you should , however , a meal a day is unhealthy because your body need vitamins and proteins to survive and actually it won't help you loose weight as your body get into starvation mode and start hiding fats instead of burning them

so if you want to lose weight : go to a doctor that will help you find the great diet for your body , you can tell them how much weight you want to lose and they'll help you through , I know I am not much of help but I woudn't want you getting advices from complete strangers who doesn't know anything about your body or habits

if you don't want to go to a doctor , just make your meals less , exercise and actually eat 6 times a day , but ofc  healthy small meals , food that contain enough vitamins and fibers

as for your nightmares , I may say that it is the garlic , that is if you're eating it often with food , it is very acidic and make you tummy upset which eventually make you have nightmares esp if you eat just before sleeping , cut it off because it lower the blood pressure and make you a lil bit weak

good luck

If you knew it was healthy you wouldn't be asking us hun. Please don't do this there are others ways of losing weight, dieting by eating healthier foods is much more beneficial and less torturous, in combination with the diet you could also get a gym membership and workout. Heck if you don't even want that search up ways to lose weight on YouTube and do those exercises at home. Starving yourself is not the way to go.

eat as many times a day as you want, all you need to lose weight is eat less calories than needed. for an adult it's 2500, so you can eat about 2200-2300 and you'll be fine. my friend lost 20 kg in a year thanks to this method

I've been there and done that and it really isn't a good choice. I lost weight, sure but it's not something you should do for a long period of time (or at all for that matter). One meal a day is just not healthy. I'd suggest decreasing your calorie intake the healthy way and exercise. You'll loose weight. Remember three meals.
