Realisticly, if 2NE1 members or WINNER members were to leave YG

honestly i think winner members would separate if not under yg

mino would probs go to a company that specializes in hip hop (illionaire? idK) or block b's company, seungyoon would probs go to a company/subcompany under loen if not loen itself? or cj e&m

tbh i think taehyun would go indie lmoa,, jinwoo is sm material and a realistic path would be for him to be part of nct + theyd let him dabble in acting, idk abt seunghoon tbh

as a group i think itd be too messy for them to be in jyp, so maybe a smaller but still capable company... 7 seasons???

they will go to cj&em.... if they decided to separate which is something that will make me cry for about 5 years then jinwoo will probably go to acting agency or will stick with yg bcs yg stage, seungyoon will probably go to cj&em along with roy kim and eric nam, mino and taehyun will probably stick with yg, and seunghoon will pursue another career in fashion area.

i can't think of better agency bcs they all sucks tbh. i just can't trust any agency for now.

It's highly doubtful that any company would take either 2NE1 or Winner as whole groups.  YG owns all of the trademarks, song copyrights, etc., so without paying off YGE (which would probably be very expensive), they would have to be renamed, and would not be able to use any of their previous songs.  Of course, they're all also individually signed up with YGE under current contracts that won't expire until several years from now.   The complications, risks and headaches that would be involved just wouldn't be worth it.  As individuals, several of them (but not all of them) may have reasonably successful post-YG careers if they eventually leave after their current contracts expire.  (Gummy seems to be doing at least as well, if not better now, than she was doing under YGE.)

It seems like the only possibility is that they all decide to leave when the individual contracts expire + start over under a new group name. TBH Winner has like dozen songs under YG, they definitely can start over again but the problem is it will be few years until contract expiration still.

By the time WINNER's contracts are up, I'm guessing most of them will be getting ready for army service. Unless they went to a sublabel it would be hard for them to move as a group to another company. I doubt even more that they would even consider going anywhere before their contracts end.

If we're being real, if 2NE1 left YG, then the group would just disband. Dara has potential to be an actress and model in both the Philippines and Korea. CL would probably just sign to an American label since her stand alone popularity in Korea isn't enough to keep her afloat, especially with her strong, sseuni image. And everyone knows that Bom won't be pursuing a career after the end of 2NE1.

WINNER's best choices would be: TS Entertainment (B.A.P), Big Hit Entertainment (BTS), Seven Seasons (Block B)

They have successful hip hop idol groups and allow for them to produce, write and create their own material for their albums which is important for WINNER who is a self made group.

Honorable Mention: JYP, because they have the financial backing and company power to support them.

I like seven seasons.  Mino would be persuaded to join since his buddies are there.  JYP maybe but what a slap in the face if Winner as a JYP group blows up. Inner Circle I know we are sad right now...but the saddest part is...what's new?
