This “Criminal Minds†star wasn’t thinking.

Actor Thomas Gibson was suspended from the CBS hit crime show after he had a physical altercation with a writer on set, TMZ reports.

The 54-year-old star, who has portrayed Special Agent Aaron Hotchner for more than a decade, was directing and acting in a scene a few weeks ago when he got into an argument with one of the writers. The fight escalated, leading Thomas to kick the writer in the leg, the gossip site reports.

Thomas has been banned from the show for two weeks as of now. It’s unclear how long the suspension will last.

“There were creative differences on the set and a disagreement. I regret that it occurred. We all want to work together as a team to make the best show possible,†Gibson said in a statement to the Daily News.

wow I hope they don't fire him though, maybe its a misunderstanding. I love his character and the actor is great at playing him.

It's not, there was differences, he throw a tantrum. But nah, they won't fire him. They will choose keep him rather than giving AJ and Paget decent appareances. And it's not the first time he has bad behaviour.
