Welcome to my 3rd minigame!


 


The Majority Game


Alternate title: Survivor bootleg

The premise of this game is pretty simple. Stay with the majority, form alliances, strategize your way to victory and a potential jackpot of 500,000 won.


 


Game structure


 


Every round you will compete in a small mental challenge and then vote one of your adversaries off the game. The first 3 to complete the challenge receive certain rewards for that round's elimination vote.


1st place: Immunity from the vote and that person's vote counting as triple


2nd place: This person's vote counts as double and if there are votes cast against this person, one of them will not be counted.


3rd place: That person's vote counts as double.


(Note: The more the game goes on, the rewards may be altered and/or reduced)


 


At the elimination vote, you have 20 minutes to cast your vote to eliminate. After the 20 minutes, the person with the most votes is off the game.


 


Once there are three people left, the first person to beat the mental challenge will cast the sole vote to eliminate.


At the Final 2, the 8 previously eliminated players act as the Jury of the game. The winner of the challenge will earn a mystery prize!!!

Rules


 


  1. The mental challenge lasts 5 minutes. The challenge will end after the 5 minutes, regardless of the result.
  2. The elimination vote lasts 20 minutes. You may swap around your votes as many times as you wish to a tolerable degree, but after the time limit, the latest vote you cast will be locked in.
  3. The player with the most votes after time's up is eliminated. If there's a tie, I will remove any votes that were added as part of the challenge reward. If there's still a tie, RNG will call the decision.
  4. In the event that you don't cast any votes during the voting period, any rewards you may have won in that round will be withdrawn and your own vote will be cast against you.
  5. Votes must be cast in bold and in the format "Vote [name]" (ex. Vote Paulister)
  6. You may make as many alliance PMs as you want but you must include me in all PMs.
  7. By signing up, you're basically telling me that you will try not to cheat in any way shape or form. I reserve the right to question your actions, punish you or even disqualify you if I have sound reasons to believe that you're cheating.
  8. Conversely, you reserve the right to defend yourself or others if you feel that they are unfairly punished for their actions.

  10. You must state present 10 minutes before the game begins and must actively participate throughout the time that the game is on. If you make zero posts in entire round, you will be disqualified.
  11. Ideally speaking, Day 1 will go on for 4 hours and 7 rounds will be played. Meaning that at the end of Day 1 we might end up with our Final 3. Day 2 will last ideally an hour.
  12. In the event that a person is disqualified either for suspected cheating or for being inactive a full challenge phase and voting phase (not necessarily in that order), the round that we're currently on will be skipped.
