Has your emotional health ever affected your physical health?

Stress can ruin your life and health. It happens to everyone. Same thing with emotional distress.

When I'm stressed out about something I cannot sleep at all! I get massive migraines and I can take all the painkillers I can get my hands on and it wont help at all.

Yes, it's often linked to each other like a sad domino effect. One things pushes us emotionally, that leads to physical or mental exhaustion in some way.

It's no good. Emotional stressors can cause great turmoil!! Be strong~~

When I first started suffering anxiety years ago, I didn't leave the house for almost a year and it took a toll on my health majorly. I became vitamin d deficient, my hair was falling out, I was getting sick all the time with the flu or chest infections etc.

Nowadays I get stress headaches or indigestion when I have high anxiety. I also get stress acne :(

That's the only thing that affects me physically tbh

I've noticed that when I get too anxious or stressed I start getting eczema-related bumps on my index fingers and thumbs. and my neck kills me. I also have this bad habit of pulling my shoulders up all the time and I have to remind myself to relax or I'll be super tense and have bad posture. I also get insomnia and I tend to either forget to eat all day or eat constantly.

Not really - I exercise regularly which I think makes everything a lot better.  Only thing I have noticed if I'm stressed/upset during finals or deadlines is some face breakouts and occasionally aura in my eyes (hereditary, no migraine though).

Yes, on more than one occasion. I used to feel dizzy as my blood pressure drops, fever, cold, digestive issues.

Oh and the most recent was me having insomnia for the first time in my entire life, it was terrible as I was used to getting enough sleep and even if I sometimes sleep for lesser hours, it never escalated to insomnia before.
