EXO’s Baek Hyun Takes Care of Dogs at Animal Shelter

Showing his love for animals, EXO’s Baek Hyun spent a day to take care of the dogs at an animal shelter. 

Upon hearing that he had spend his childhood with pet dogs, lifestyle magazine The Celebrity offered Baek Hyun an opportunity to work at an animal shelter. 

The Celebrity planned the special day by introducing the EXO member to Kim Hae Kyung from an animal adoption center in Seoul. 

Arriving early dressed comfortably, Baek Hyun spent the day playing with the animals, taking them out on walks, teaching them how to behave during meal times and grooming them. 

“It was painful to hear that over 150,000 animals are being abandoned each year,†said Baek Hyun. “People who have adopted and want to adopt pets need to have adequate information about them as well as the right mind sets. I hope these dogs at the adoption center will meet their owners soon.â€

Baek Hyun′s day at the animal shelter will be included in the January issue of The Celebrity .

Baekhyun really cares about animals. Even one of his earlier posts (if I'm not mistaken) pre-debut was about him finding a cat and taking care of it. He seems to have a big heart for pets and taking care of those who need it.
