Since people were constantly waiting for them with all the setbacks, I wouldn't consider that no exposure bec YG made the hype for this group big. They delivered and slayeeedd. Hello this is the girlgroup YG's kept in the dungeon for 4 years without much exposure to the public. No survival show, no promotional showcase, not even MV teasers.... were brought out. Did you really expect those cheaply edited image teasers and crappy noisy confusing articles and empty promises from YG help the girls with their public exposure??? Really???? #11 on Melon and higher charting on other sites is a great start for BlackPink. The positions are realistic and reasonable. BlackPink debut with 2 good catchy songs and have tons of potentials from their look to their skills. All they need now is consistent and extensive promotion from YG. They'll do well!
