The one who knows how well she does her job the best is the one that she leads, it's not that she's like Obama whose decision got documented by media and affect a lot of people. Sometimes I wonder how fans can perceive those kinda opinion, "she's a bad leader" or shit, just stick what you know like her skills and performance and attitude, even personality in camera can't be 100% real personality of a person, let alone leadership that is often showcased more behind the camera. Speaking up in interviews doesn't make you anymore of a leader, and talking less doesn't make you any less of a leader. Neither does having a fun, dorky, playful side. Behind the scenes I'm pretty sure she won't fuck around and put the members in place. If she was such a bitch ass leader for these 6-7 years, I'm pretty sure something would've been done right from the beginning since nobody liked them, I doubt cold-hearted SM would have a problem. Who the hell said that, that got me so pissed She just had a recent interview too that talked about their bond. And just EVERYTHING about Soshi.
