my first impression of BTS, where  do I start?

I knew them since  the beginning but I didn't pay attention to them nor to any other group  because  at that  time  from 2012  to 2015 I chose to get away from kpop because I lost interest  in it

However, I liked them a lot  and  I remember  how Jhope was the first one that caught my attention

then in 2014, I watched Danger dance practice and I fell  head over heels for them, But still, I did not regain  my interest in kpop

I kept checking their releases  as well as other groups of course  but  from a distance until the big summer of  2016 

Here,  I may sound a bit sentimental

 

my life was  very hard back then and still TBH,  personal problems  in my family and  the health of  my mother added to  my shitty life  and  country, I was very depressed 

at one moment, I wanted to laugh and  I remembered that  there was a group called BTS who  were  very funny

and  I decided to  check them out  on youtube to laugh a little bit and  they  got me

They destroyed  me, they hunted me

Yup, BTS are like  fate, the fate  that  will hunt you  wherever you go. The same can be said about BTS

how on earth the depressed  me thought of kpop group as  a solution to laugh? Why the uninterested me in kpop chose a kpop group  amidst a  shitty period of  her life  just  to cure her pain?

I still do not know the answer

I think I know it, fate knew  what  sort of love I will feel towards BTS in the future

this is why folks no artist in this whole universe can replace BTS in my heart

my love fro them  is from stars  to  stars, cannot  be measured, cannot be weighted, cannot be limited

-I'm with the unpopular opinion, I was fine with their styling for their interview. Only Kook's questionable scarf confused me.

 

-I see they already managed to give Jimin the coconut. At least Namjoon is still safe. If they mess up his hair I WILL R A G E.

 

-The interviewer is really sweet. And apparently she'll be interviewing at the red carpet, so I'm guessing she'll go for them when they arrive. BH US staff doin some work, I see. Good.

 

Guys, with all the hair and stylist hype, the interviews, the BBMA tweets, everything... Let's just enjoy everything. This is an amazing opportunity for the boys, this moment for us and them will never come back so let's enjoy every second of this craziness. I myself am LOVING IT. Bring on the hairtstyle controversies, the questionable styling, I want it all.

 

 

 

Why? Maybe  They will be nominated next year as well?

I think they need a US record label or at least an official US release for them to even be eligible for that.

 

But you know what I think they have a shot at this year? A Teen Choice award! Those are in July and are fan voted. I can legit see multiple nominations for them and a real opportunity for them to perform.

 

It's the perfect demographic for them.

I can't get over the fact how happy and grateful they were yesterday (especially when they were filming with their phones)

and of course how they were pleasantly surprised by the positive reception and all the encouragement
before they asked people in the street to come and watch their mini concert, look how far they've come now

 

What really matters me  as  a fan more than any achievemt is the happiness of the artist

there are many Kdramas that are around korean media, the drama industry, music industry etc

They always show the manipulation of bigger ones whether thay are business men, actors, musicians...

So the fact that BIG 3 do not have a say in kmedia is nothing but a pile of shit mixed with other shit

 

Media is their weapon, they can use it to cover their scandals or to boost the popularity of their artists

 

There are many examples

Can someone tell me how SM succeeded in blocking its artists that ended their contracts? They are THAT powerful, right?

flop dramas with SM artists cover the Naver main page

Sm idols always get the lead role

Yg is very aware of BTS (they send YG albums to jeff), winner Mino said they watched MAMA 2016 and envied the deasang winner

 

The best example is MAMA itself, if yg artists attend, they must win something

So yes, There is something fishy behind the lack of coverage of BTS when big news websites like CNN and BB fucking C covered the news

Naver ain't shit in front of these

And we all know that Koreans are very patriot, so what the fuck is wrong with them?

Finally, for those who say that tv news covered the event and that's enough, sorry but TV in Korea and mainly news are for the older people not the youth, the internet is where young people know things

 

BTS Themselves expressed their wish to attend big variety shows, they even went to shows that are either new or not that popular, so the shows are the ones that do not invite them

You can take a look at how shows treat big 3 idols in contrast to the rest

So yes, big 3 are behind this shit

But hey, this is what BTS and Army have been dealing with since the beginning: neglection, downplaying, humilation and accusations

Well this reminds me of a post in the BT mocking Suga's mixtape and its socially conscious/personal content by reducing his lyrics to "A to the G to the U to the STD" and "tongue technology". It's a cheap way to devalue someone's hard work in crafting a whole discography and bearing their soul to the audience, as all you have to do is cherry pick a verse or chorus, usually from one of the artist's fun/hype songs and then claim that these few lines accurately represent their lyricism in its entirety.

 

that user with Eye you dp is getting on my nerves, she is updated with everything related to BTS, all her bashes about BTS, pathetic!

This is not the first time, haters have always been like this, accusing our boys of being try hard

Or using their fans through their lyrics

They seem to not have anything left to bash at, now they start to attack the way members interact with fans through sns calling that Milking. THIS screams jealousy

Like WTF? If your faves are no where to be seen or not caring about their fans, STFU already.

Bts used to not get invited to big shows and still TBH, they were from an unknown small companay, the least thing they could do is to promote themselves using their means

Now that this has worked, other groups started to do the same

So haters' opinions do not matter when results speak for themselves

music taste is subjective but I have a brain and good ears

I am not attacking the country nor Koreans but WTF is this taste they have in music?

People have been bashing BTS for not having a hit song

I am sorry, but most hit songs are shit!

How come basic boring silly typical songs top the chart when real jams got buried?

Sometimes I feel that Koreans make a song top the chart for the sake of the artist not the quality of songs! I know this is the case everywhere but korean charts are really pathetic!

This is when company reputation plays a crucial role, so Kudos to BTS for staying within top 30 until now

My ultimate wish for BTS is to achieve this fucking hit song based on their style and what they used to do, not to satisfy the korean mainstream shitty taste.
