Hi! :D I'm fairly new to Onehallyu, but I've lurked it for a while. I made an account not too long ago! I've been a fan of BTS since aorund Boy In Love Era and I've gotten more and more into them every comeback. I'm especially proud of how well they've grown since WINGS and YNWA! This thread has so many people, I'll probably blend in, but I just wanted to say hi! And I hope maybe I can post from time to time!

After watching the Gayo Spine Breaker MV preparation I realised a lot of things (beside constantly crackling and covering my eyes every 10 seconds)

 

7 people with different thoughts and opinions, were thrown into a task to create a Musicvideo with one camera.

 

All of them played along and thrown in ideas were turned into action right away. Not one single member stood on the sidelines or gave the vibes of feeling a bit lost of what to do. Ideas were simply not questioned. (no matter how dumb it was lmao)

When Jin came up with some choreography, they just went with it.

When Jin wanted them to wear pink pearly jackets with a necklace, they just went with it. No objections even, I was amazed.

When Tae wanted a freakin' shot in front of the hallway mirror - they.just.went.with.it.

They worked wonderfully as a team because everyone was open to throw their dignity away to have some fun (a trait that we always love about them). And beside all the parody preparations ... the group took actually their time and created a MV just for us.

They shot scenes and put their creativity into it, so that Army can have a moment to enjoy.

 

 

They gifted us with time and content that they thought through and worked on it (it was edited and cut ...so imagine how many hours went into it!)
I really really really wish and hope that we get the top 50 and BigHit will grant BTS that wish - so we can give them something back.

 

And a last note. It amazed me how naturally they planned their 10year project already, as if it's self evident that they will stay together for so long. The '10' years wasn't mentioned the first time ♥

 

I stan a group that gives so much love - I don't even know where to put all of the love I receive from them ;_;

Hello, i was away because i had a death in my family, i looked at the thread to distract myself a little and i would like to thank you for dstracting me a little during this time.

 

Spine Breaker MV was hilarious, i actually laughed out loud, it helped me a little, they're such an entertaining mess.

 

About the girl controversy, she was out of line afaiu, but, meh, if you tell me it didn't blow up i think she was leaving anyway and didn't care to keep herself in check.

Hi everyone!

 

I thought I'd introduce myself briefly for my first post. I've been lurking here since 8000 pages and finally decided to make an account so I can join your interesting conversations and squeal with you all at BTS's upcoming attendance at the BBMAs. For the record, based on what I remember, pineapple on pizza is great, fish is amazing, never owned crocs but my friends who do say they're comfortable, and I found out I know more BSB songs than I thought I did.

 

As for how I got into BTS...I actually found them pretty much right when they debuted. I was scrolling through youtube looking for a hip-hop style k-pop group for my sister and stumbled across their WABP2 dance practice. I loved their dance and began following them. The HYYH era made me an even bigger fan and WINGS finally pulled me into the hole. I don't usually buy k-pop merchandise, but I actually bought a YNWA album, my sister judged me so hard for that. I kinda want to buy their previous albums now. I don't have an ult bias...it's too hard for me choose but lately Taejin have been snatching my attention.

 

I don't know how often I'll post, but I'll try to post lots once I figure how OH works. I think I'm going to stick to the MT and the sales thread (I love stats  )

I like this thread and the ppl in it. most entertaining way to follow bts imo. i don't have qualms about leaving the op and disappearing, but i'd miss the conversations and ppl here. but damn kpop stans are so nauseating and awful about everything. i'm on other sites much more nowadays and even with their issues i find them so much more pleasant.
