But anyways, I prefer body mist since I feel like perfume is for when I go out and have to look nice (or when I'm wearing something nicer than jeans and a sweatshirt to school). And most body mists have a sweeter smell, while there is a wider variety of scents for perfumes. I say go with the smell than the fragrance type (mist, eau de cologne, eau de toillete, eau de parfum, etc.), try it on, see if you like how it lasts, how it smells later on, and decide from there. I don't like body mists as much bc the scents are less sophisticated and I don't want the scent all over my body/clothes. I like the variety, low cost, and ability to control perfume oil. Eucharis 711 Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 I prefer perfume because is lasts longer, especially EDP (eau de parfum) - this is more expensive because it's more concentrated than EDT and body mists. My favorite perfumes are: Kenzo Flower, Burberry My Burberry, Elizabeth Arden Green Tea (original, Cherry Blossom and Bamboo), Gucci Envy Me, Lanvin Eclat D'arpage D&G Light Blue, Davidoff Coolwater and DKNY Golden Delicious.
