So season 1 was fine with barely any then along comes season 2...The show now has 5 to 10 minutes of BS at the start selling us shit and terrible segways to fridges, yogurt drinks and ice cream throughout. This is not hey lets have a drink of show sponsered bevarage. Making sure to hold it up to camera. Its the hosts and chefs doing and saying stupid shit every 5 mins to shoe horn the sponsers in. Chinese audiences are used to it and it's even seen as a joke. I like how in Chinese web dramas, the actors make ads for products in character.
