Idk all of the Chinese cuisines. I love dim sum though. Zongzi, onigiri, fantuan, gimbap, baozi, mantou. Fried rice. Carrot soup, ruwei, congee, bean cereal congee. All tofus. Fish balls, steamed snow fish, soy sauce marinated salmon. Vietnamese summer rolls w/ peanut sauce. Salmon lox bagel, panini, spaghetti pasta w/ marinara/pesto and cheese&meatballs, pizza, clam chowder. Yoghurt. IDK cuisine. I'm not a moneybags who tours high grade restaurants.
