I don't know how is where you live, but here, you start university at 19 years old. you finish highschool ( 9th- 12th grade) at 18 so in the first year of university you are 19. anyway, you are never too old for school. Yeah, if you enter straight from high school you could be 17 but there are loads of people who begins courses at any age from 17 to 47 (or older).
