Taeyeon is basically the most dragged idol - mostly for her talent. But idols like Yoona have also received some slack for being "nothing but a visual", but who's got the most hate. It's more "severe" at times if the person has talent but not the looks. But, tbh, it seems that nowadays people are much more looking at talent and not being as harsh about looks compared to before. Same thing with Yoona. She's successful but people still tend to bring her down for how far she's come without anything else but looks going for her. Its more about their personal lives that affect their public image. And i dont mean taeyeon is troublesome, its just public is not easy w celebrity and yoona keeps her lives more quiet, considering they have same popularity.
