why do you think people are so obsessed with money?

because the world has been shaped around money

people say that money can't buy you happiness which is true, but, money provides you with basic things that make you happy. don't you think poor people who don't live in countries where healthcare is mandatory would be happy if they could go to the doctor without worrying about getting a bill home they can't afford?

Money is important, but yeah "Carlo's Hierarchy of knees"

Just being a good human is a flop evolutionary strategy.

:imstupid:........ oh my, I hope you are 12 and know nothing about life because if you think being gregarious is a wrong thing, we are doomed........to put it short we wouldn't be here, being social put us in the map + plus top of the chain

I don't understand how you got from good human (and I assume morally good like not being vain, turning the other cheek & other stuff) to being social. Those are not the same. Idk if you had history in school, but I seem to remember a lot of wars going on and not much of gregariousness.

Also do you not realise the irony of your reply where you argue that we got where we are by being good humans while acting awfully condescending towards me? And btw I'm most likely older than you are.

Both those two are not mutually exclusive. In fact, money allows you to be a better human.

Ever heard of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs?

Subsequent research tends to say it's not as clean cut and that humans sometimes forgo basic needs for ones higher up the pyramid.
