I have met people who are rude and they are rude because they are really insecure inside. People who have strong personality are straightforward and confident that they are not afraid to tell the truth, even if it makes some people get hurt. That's why they are being mistaken as rude, while they are just being honest. But, there are people who are as soft as cheesecake, but actually mentally stronger than some people who are rude.
