Then I can go try all those These are the ones I found so far Caffeine Sugar Naps Red bull/energy drinks Vitamins Health foods (kale, quinoa, carrots, etc) Ramyun, pasta, rice (and other high carb foods) Listening to upbeat music Since most of these things are problematic I'm still hoping there are other things out there that I can buy/use/eat if you know any specific foods definitely name those Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I can't take coffee it gives me palpitations :( Yeah that's true Its just hard for me because even though i'm always tired it takes me a while to fall asleep So say I have 2 hours free and I try to nap.
