Things That Give Energy

I am a constantly tired person and always in need of energy

 

What are things you found that give energy? Then I can go try all those

 

These are the ones I found so far

 

  • Caffeine
  • Sugar
  • Naps
  • Red bull/energy drinks
  • Vitamins
  • Health foods (kale, quinoa, carrots, etc)
  • Ramyun, pasta, rice (and other high carb foods)
  • Listening to upbeat music

 

Since most of these things are problematic I'm still hoping there are other things out there that I can buy/use/eat

 

if you know any specific foods definitely name those

Eggs, avocados, macadamia nuts

 

B vitamins

 

Avoid sugar and energy drinks

 

Listen to stupid hype music

How could I forget eggs and avocadoes and nuts? Those are GOOD ones

Naps are the best IMO. Sugar gives you a short burst of energy then it dips lower than before you take sugar. I can't take coffee it gives me palpitations :(

 

Yeah that's true

Its just hard for me because even though i'm always tired it takes me a while to fall asleep

So say I have 2 hours free and I try to nap. That's 1:45 minutes trying to fall asleep and a 15 minute nap lol

Good tip, because if there is one thing that puts me to sleep its work/study

And when my ex would tell stories

Bananas are supposed to. I've grown to dislike banana though.

 

You know, I would say bananas are pretty decent on energy

Why are you going off them though? Did you eat too many?
