A couple of Kpop blogs keep a close eye on them Correction, everyone! Nam Geon Hye did NOT leave M.O.A, she just changed her name to Geon Hye and a website or two got confused by that, so she's still there. Current line-up is: Hika, Miba, Hyena, Geon Hye and Lee Hyo Ju!

 

http://cafe.daum.net/profeMOA- M.O.A's current fancafe exists here It's a bit silent at the moment, but they've been discussing a comeback since sometime last year, so my guess is, they're taking time to prepare for the new song. Let's hope M.O.A come back and blow everyone away this time! Also, Jayoung mentioned 4L recently on Instagram about two months ago, so they're not disbanded as of this moment either, for anyone who's wondering. ;)

I'm sorry WHAT? M.O.A didn't disband after all!?!!?!?

As of a couple of months ago, it doesn't seem like it. They've been preparing a comeback since spring 2015, but I'm not sure where that's gone to. I heard from a source who ran a popular M.O.A fan site, which is now a 4L fan site, that M.O.A performed "I'll Call Ya" at an army base sometime during the fall of 2015 and that the performance used to be on their fan cafe, but it seems M.O.A's fan cafe has been set from international members to only allowing Korean members to join.

 

I'm not really sure what's going on with M.O.A anymore :/ But if it's of any comfort, the fan cafe hasn't been killed yet, last time they stopped for a bit, the cafe went with them, so maybe.. I suppose all we can do for now is wait. :(

Me too, I miss them so much! I hope when they return, they'll blow the fans and haters away and slay with their new single. :D

It took me looking around Jayoung's Instagram to find hers by chance. Chanhee and Miba also have Instagrams, but theirs is all inactive. :( But, Hyena updates hers a lot!

I mainly follow in hopes for new information on M.O.A, you never know when something could happen. Just a week ago, Jayoung posted a new photo of 4L from a photoshoot they just did, so just like that, something could pop up for M.O.A too! I hope..

Jayoung and J-Na (Gina) are still in the group, but there are two new girls whose name are currently unknown. Since Chany (Chanhee)'s Instagram has been inactive for some time now and she has not appeared with 4L for quite a while, I'm assuming Chany's dropped out of 4L too. The photo of the current line-up, as well as a few separate concept photos of Jayoung, are posted there.

Latest update available is on Naver, they claim Nami Geon Hye left M.O.A, though this is not officially confirmed by the company, they list the members as Miba, Hyena, Hika and Lee Hyo Ju, however, I have my doubts of them coming back. It's not unusual for members to keep their accounts separated from their group work, but Hyena's IG has absolutely nothing M.O.A on it. :/

Anything new? Lots of people have assumed that they disbanded

Unfortunately, not at the moment :( Here's what has happened since 2015:

 

-Comeback with new line-up (Hyena, Miba, Hika, Geonhye & Hyoju) was set in place.

-Rumors say they performed at a military base in 2015, but this is up for debate.

-Comeback postponed seeming due to the fact that Geonhye suddenly withdrew. The announcement of her withdrawl came out on Naver in 2015, so it's official, she's out of the group.

-Hyena's Instagram doesn't mention M.O.A. Last M.O.A post was a concept photo for the 2015 comeback.

-Miba updated her Instagram for the first time in 2 years a few months ago with a new profile photo, she's a brunette now. Hika has also opened an official Instagram at the same time Miba updated hers and Hika is following Miba and Hyena. Miba and Hyena also appear to follow each other.

-No one, including the company, will answer questions about M.O.A's status, we've tried. The only sign of hope is the fact they didn't shut down profeMOA yet.

 

So, until something happens (either a comeback announcement or someone redebuts), we won't know for sure. :/

 

As for 4L (since these groups are sort of related):

 

-4L began updating pages in April 2016. Something was happening and a new official Instagram opened.

-In June 2016, however, 4L was announced as disbanded. Reliable sources recall seeing the post, but it was deleted. 4L is, however, confirmed as disbanding this past summer.

-Former members Jayoung & J-Na formed a duo together called J-Young, which debuted recently. it's a Trot duo.

 

So, 4L is definitely disbanded and not returning. As for M.O.A, we'll see. I may try to ask Hika or some of the others myself to see if anyone will comment on it. As for Hyoju, I've never been able to find any official accounts for her, so if anyone has any luck, please let me know.

UGH I GUESS they are done :( they where not good but they had potential and call ya is a guilty pleasure 

Same, I actually like it myself XD But I think they are too. Hika announced her engagement on Instagram a few months ago (she was dating this guy when she was in M.O.A, actually) and, just judging from their posts (Hika and Hyena's, because Miba hasn't really posted in years, aside from changing her profile pic this year), none of them mention M.O.A anymore. :(

Hey everyone!

Unfortunately, after a period of silence, we finally got confirmation about M.O.A's status. A source very close to M.O.A confirmed they have disbanded. :'( Honestly, I'm not surprised since their 2015 comeback fell through (most likely due to Nami Geon Hye's withdrawal and other issues) but I was really hoping we'd see them again! So, I guess that's it for M.O.A. Hika is also engaged and will be getting married soon (it seems she was dating her fiance also while in M.O.A), so that's wonderful news!
